Edite has experience in all areas of the real estate industry, from assisting buyers and sellers to working with first-time buyers and luxury homes. For the past 15 years, she has focused on new construction, working as a Sales and Marketing Director for a luxury townhome community. In this role, she worked closely with the developer to design floor plans that met the needs of potential buyers and then staged, marketed, and sold the new homes.

Edite is now back at Coldwell Banker, where she began her career as a Broker Manager. She enjoys coaching and mentoring her agents and recruits to build a profitable business, and she is grateful for the opportunity to do so.
